Welcome to The Flying Egg QR Service. By scanning and using our QR code system to access menus, place orders, or make payments while dining with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Using the QR Code Service
- The QR code is provided to make your dining experience faster and easier.
- By scanning the QR code, you can view the digital menu, place orders, and where available, make payments.
- Please ensure you have a working internet connection on your device to use the service.
2. Orders & Payments
- All food and drink orders placed via the QR code are binding once confirmed.
- Prices shown on the digital menu are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
- Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering (unless otherwise agreed, e.g., pay after meal).
- We accept the payment methods listed on the QR system.
3. Accuracy of Information
- Â While we make every effort to keep our menu, prices, and allergen information accurate and up to date, there may be occasional errors.
- Â If you have allergies or dietary requirements, please inform a member of staff before placing your order.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Â Once an order is confirmed and sent to the kitchen, it cannot usually be cancelled.
 Refunds will only be provided in cases of error (e.g., wrong item served) or if the item is unavailable. - Any refund will be made using the original payment method.
5. Behaviour & Fair Use
- Â The QR system is intended for customer use while dining in our restaurant.
- Â Misuse of the system (e.g., fake orders, disruptive behaviour) may result in refusal of service.
6. Liability
- While we aim to provide a smooth digital ordering service, we are not responsible for issues caused by your device, internet connection, or third-party payment providers.
- Â Our liability is limited to the value of the order you placed.
7. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be displayed on this page.
- By continuing to use the QR code service, you accept the updated Terms.
